Camerata d’Amici is pleased to announce that it will be holding auditions for all vocal parts for the 2024-2025 season. Auditions are by appointment now through September 3rd. Established in 2006 under the direction of Kristin Sponheim, Camerata d’Amici is a 30-member auditioned choral ensemble, drawn from towns in Fairfield and Westchester counties. We perform a range of choral music, old and new, sacred and secular. We are a collegial, mutually supportive group of dedicated singers, united by a desire to capture and express the unique capability of music to touch the hearts of our audience.
We invite experienced singers who enjoy performing fine classical choral music to join us in song! CCS is known for having high musical performance standards, outstanding contributions to the arts, and community outreach through benefit concerts. Rehearsals for the Nov. 3rd performance of Brahms’ Requiem begins Monday, 9/16/24 from 7:30 PM – 9 PM. The Greenwich Choral Society announces auditions for Fairfield and Westchester County singers interested in becoming a member of the area’s premier choral group. Auditions will be conducted for those interested in joining the Greenwich Choral Society on the following dates: Tuesday, January 9th from 5:00 pm; Saturday, January 13th from 12:30 pm; and Tuesday, January 16th from 5:00 pm.
