The Bruce Museum is seeking a FT Associate Director of Development (ADD) to join its growing team during an exciting time of transition (www.newbruce.org). The ADD is an integral part of the Development Team and will be responsible for the daily management of the department. This position oversees coordination of all fundraising activities, oversight and management of the database, and the departmental calendar. The ADD reports to the Dir. of Development and manages the Development Assistant & the Membership/Annual Fund Manager. Candidates possess ability to build team consensus across departments, and cultivate throughout the community support of the Museum’s Mission. The Bruce is an EOE.
