The Curatorial Committee of the Kershner Gallery in the Fairfield Library seeks to enlarge the volunteer staff. Needed are those with art background or love of art, some social media skills, and enthusiasm about being part of this group.
Curators attend a monthly morning meeting, vote on whether to accept artists who apply to exhibit, curate with another committee member one or two shows a year, help hang the shows, and attend the receptions..
The rewards for this position are meeting and working with artists of very varied backgrounds, styles, ,and personalities; being a part of this beautiful gallery, feeling proud to help the public enjoy lovely creations.
