Identity, Value, and Positioning in a Crowded Cultural Landscape
Date: February 24, 2026

Place: Crystal Theater
The Cultural Alliance of Fairfield County is re-launching the Community Theater Network, a regional initiative designed to support collaboration, relevance, and sustainability among community and small-scale theatre organizations.
Join the conversation on how local theatres create access, participation, and belonging at the neighborhood level. Through facilitated dialogue, mapping, and co-creation, participants will surface collective assets, challenges, and opportunities, and leave with a shared value framework and core messaging that can be adapted locally by each theater.
