Description

20th Annual Vivian and Stanley Reed Marine Show

"WATER"

June 14 - July 11, 2019

Opening Reception Friday, June 21, 2019, 6:00 - 8:00 pm

It's water, water everywhere! Over $600 in cash awards will be presented at the opening reception for this multimedia juried exhibit. Artists will present their depictions of the sea, seashore, boats, and activities on or near the water. 40 artists have been selected by Anne von Stuelpnagel, Director of Exhibitions at the Bruce Museum in Greenwich CT. The exhibit was initially funded by Julius Wilensky, former Stamford Mayor, to honor Vivian and Stanley Reed. The Reeds were original members of the Stamford Art Association and avid sailors.
