Description

The Carriage Barn Arts Center and New Canaan Society for the Arts in partnership with the New Canaan Chamber of Commerce are staging their annual event “Art in the Windows,” with artwork displayed in participating store windows throughout downtown New Canaan, from May 30th-June 14th

To mark the kick off on May 30th there will be a Color Walk around town between 5.30 and 7pm. You can take part in artist receptions where you can hear from a specific artist, ask questions and learn more about their craft, wine tastings, and colorful art activities to help decorate downtown New Canaan and celebrate True Colors in style! There will also be opportunities to win through a grand prize draw.

There will be an extensive social media campaign promoting #ArtInTheWindows #truecolors. All displayed works will be for sale with 50% or half of the proceeds (before tax) returning to the artist and 50% or half of the proceeds benefitting the NCSA (New Canaan Society for the Arts).

NOTE: We do our best to ensure all information is accurate, however it's a good idea to visit the website or call the venue to verify the information.
