Description

Connecticut Audubon's Naturalist Training Program prepares adults of all experience levels to become naturalists in their communities and to contribute to environmental education and conservation efforts through volunteer service. Classes will take advantage of the diverse ecosystems of Connecticut Audubon’s Fairfield Region locations (Center at Fairfield and Birdcraft), as well as the Coastal Center at Milford Point. Each week a different field expert will combine a classroom presentation with outdoor learning experiences. Topics will include plants, birds, mammals, bird banding, marine ecosystems and more.
