Description

Coming in February for Black History Month: Klein History Theater debuts a one-man play about Frederick Douglass, a leader of the abolitionist movement. Starring professional actor Tenisi Davis. Directed by Maureen Hamill.

This play has been performed in theaters and venues across the country, including at the Douglass home in Maryland.
Each play runs approximately 70 minutes, and a Q&A will follow the show. The performances are recommended for middle & high school students. Tickets are $10 each, $9 for groups of 20-49, and $8.50 for groups of 50 or more.

Each ticket also includes a free study guide for classroom use.
Students can start arriving as early as 9:45am. It is recommended to arrive between 9:45 and 10:00.
