10am-11am for grades 3-5 and 11am-12pm for grades 6-8. Students will go from having no knowledge of the guitar to playing three songs, first melodically and then beginning to strum. These songs will introduce students to Latin American music, folk, and the blues. It will also give them the skills to apply their knowledge to learn additional songs on their own. This class is appropriate for students in upper elementary and middle school.
