Description

Ferns are beautiful and fascinating plants, but can be confusing to identify. During this indoor/outdoor workshop, Botanist Jim Cortina will help unravel the mysteries. Learn about the characteristics of ferns while working in pairs to identify specimens using supplied books and equipment. After a lunch break, the class will head out to the Larsen Sanctuary for a fern walk. Program is for adults; pre-registration required.
