Beginning Friday, September 15th, Sorelle will showcase artwork by Connecticut-based artist Carol Young on the main wall of the gallery. Young's work explores the American rural and coastal landscape, pairing precise line work, stark light and shadow, and contrasting color palettes. Her striking compositions are energetic, vibrant, and nostalgic. Carol Young's original paintings will be on view through Sunday, September 24th. This On View feature is free and open to the public during gallery hours, Tuesday through Saturday 10:30am - 6:00pm, as well as Sundays from 11:00am to 4:00pm. Street parking is available.
