Luminary award-winning graphic designer lectures her story of a life’s event that kicked her off the path of fine art painting to a revered professional career design. However, she never stopped painting. She exhibits her private collection of paintings created during the trajectory of her design performance. Her current scholarship intersects her painting practice.
Dr. Cheryl D. Miller is recognized for her outsized influence within the graphic design profession to end the marginalization of BIPOC designers through her civil rights activism, industry exposé trade writing, research rigor, and archival vision.
