The Stamford Mayor’s Gallery presents “Strength and Beauty”: Persian influenced paintings and pastels by Afsaneh Djabbari-Aslani at The Mayor’s Gallery of Stamford. The artist’s reception is scheduled for March 30th, from 5:30-7:30 PM where the public is invited to meet the artist.
Iranian born artist Afsaneh Djabbari-Aslani attended USC’s Roski School of Art and Design, at the onset of the Iran’s Islamic Revolution.
Afsaneh was a Board Member at New Canaan Art Society and Standing Together Against Racism. She continues to be a member of Stamford’s Loft Artist Association, Fairfield County Cultural Alliance and Greenwich Art Society.
