Description

Take a break from the summer heat with a matinee movie at the Bruce Museum!

On Sunday, August 18, in conjunction with our science exhibition "Sharks!" we will be watching The Meg (runtime: 1 hr 52 min; rated PG-13) with a special guest scientist. The expert scientist will introduce the film, watch with you, and lead a discussion about the science (or lack thereof) shown in the film.

Could megalodon really still live deep beneath the sea? Now’s your chance to find out. Grab some popcorn, sit back, and be ready to learn, in an interactive conversation driven by you!

Movie, snacks, and drinks (including beer) are FREE with museum admission!

Please make a reservation online and pay for your entry at the front desk upon arrival.
