To close out the 80’s, Fairfield University band Split Decision found immediate success with their blend of guitar-driven new wave rock invoking R.E.M., Elvis Costello, The Pretenders, and Talking Heads. On the heels of their triumphant return to the stage in 2022, Split Decision presents an encore concert on June 9th, 2023 for Fairfield University Reunion Weekend, open to the public and all Fairfield alums.

Headlining the first Fairfield beach Clam Jam in 1987 and biweekly shows at town venues that drew throngs of loyal fans, the band left its mark on the Fairfield County music scene of the late ‘80s.
