In a classic Met staging of biblical proportions, Baritone George Gagnidze debuts as Nabucco, while Ukrainian soprano Liudmyla Monastyrska portrays his vengeful daughter Abigaille. Mezzo-soprano Maria Barakova and tenor SeokJong Baek play Fenena and Ismaele, while bass Dmitry Belosselskiy reprises his role as Zaccaria. Daniele Callegari conducts Verdi's early masterpiece, featuring the Met Chorus' "Va, pensiero."
