New England Academy of Dance pre-professional company dancers will be performing Paquita Ballet an A Midsummer Night’s Dream. A Midsummer Night’s Dream is a one-act ballet adapted from the Shakespeare play. Paquita was originally created for the Paris opera ballet, is a story about a gypsy girl who find out she is really a kidnapped princess. The ballets with presents original and reconstructed choreography by NEAD Directors Frances Ortiz, Ted Thomas, and Ginna Ortiz. Enrichment and Level 5B will be performing variations within the ballet Paquita. .
