Town Players of New Canaan’s ORDINARY PEOPLE Earns Thumbs Up from Broadway World
Town Players of New Canaan received a glowing review from Broadway World for its opening live theatre performance of Ordinary People on Friday, Feb. 17, at the Powerhouse Theatre in Waveny Park.
“Ordinary People has an immensely talented group of actors who are well-cast in their roles,” the review states. “They really get each of the characters and are plausible in how they relate to each other.”
The play is a searing drama that tells the emotional story of an ordinary family struggling to heal from an unexpected tragedy. In producing it, Town Players aims to raise mental health awareness.
The show runs weekends through Sunday, March 5, with a FREE performance for teens on March 4.
