Adair W. Heitmann

Adair W. Heitmann, BFA is a 1st Place winner in the 2023 National Federation of Press Women Professional Contest and a 1st Place winner in the 2022 Connecticut Press Club Communications Contest. She is an award-winning artist and commercially published author. Adair is a storyteller, speaker, educator, and photographer. She creates personal experience essays with inspiring and universal messages. She examines identity, self-acceptance, home, renewal, relationships, and transformation. She is a Poet-in-Residence Teaching Artist in schools.

Adair held careers in creative, corporate, entrepreneurial, educational, health, municipal, and literary environments. She is a CT Art Grant recipient.
