Bridgeport Film Fest

The vision for the Bridgeport film festival is to establish Bridgeport as a diverse hub for filmmakers and other artists to showcase their talents. This will support the long-term goal of enhancing cultural and economic growth to the city of Bridgeport as well as fostering new generations of Artists.

The 3rd annual festival will take place September 8-10, 2023 and plans to offer both in-person and virtual screenings, as well guest speakers from the film industry and creative workshops for both youth and adults. Led by Artistic Director and Groundwork Bridgeport board member Jason A. Coombs, it will highlight the diversity of the film community in Bridgeport and the surrounding regions.
