Dr. Steven Kolenik our Yale-trained, Mohs surgeon, has performed over twenty-five thousand skin cancer surgeries with this specialized technique. As well as employing one hundred residents, we also strive to support our communities in many ways. Our recent endeavor is to allow local artists a space to display their works, exposing them to up to 240 patients per day. Artists will pay zero commissions as we commit to sharing their art with our staff and patients. Their art has created a fun distraction and topic of interest for all. It is known that art in the workplace creates joy and a feeling of well-being. For patients, it has been found to lessen perceived pain and anxiety associated with the visit.
