Homes With Hope, Inc.

Homes with Hope’s mission is to support the homeless and those at-risk of homelessness in Fairfield County. This Westport-based organization provides food, safe emergency shelter with case management services, supportive housing and mentoring as tools to achieve and maintain independent living.
