Mary Hoyt Akiyama

I am an artist, scientist, teacher, life-long-learner who strives to see the Light in everyone. Using acrylics, collage, and digital tools, I create images that represent the things in this world that have drawn my attention since childhood. I hold a BA in Fine Arts/Visual Communication from Fairfield University, and a PhD in Developmental Psychology from Fordham University.
