Megan Garbe is an artist from Fairfield, CT. Her work is largely inspired by form, line and color. Most often her paintings and drawings incorporate animals, at times the centerpiece of the composition and other times more intwined into the piece as a whole. Recently she has focused on pen on paper drawings that use symmetry and line.
Garbe studied Studio Art at Salve Regina University in Newport, RI. She has exhibited throughout Connecticut, including being awarded Best in Show for her paintings both at Ridgefield Guild of Artists as well as Rowayton Arts Center.
