Amenities include: a central gallery used for shows, meetings, gathering for lunch, sometimes have events, and pre-Covid hosted a weekly qi Gong class.  Utitlities are included and we split other costs such as website hosting, cleaning, etc All leases are written for the length of my lease with the landlord.  Just request that you give a 60 days notice if you’d like to leave before the end of the lease.
