Artist Alissa Siegal has a studio practice in Stamford Ct where she creates work and collaborates on creative projects, with an emphasis on the natural world. She uses detailed drawing and gestural paint application to explore representation, chaos, order, and the energy in subjects and spaces.
Her paintings are in private and corporate collections throughout the United States and in Europe, including at Stamford Hospital, Yale New Haven Hospital’s Park Avenue Medical Center, and Sacred Heart University. She has a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design, including a year spent studying in Rome, and an MFA in painting from the New York Academy of Art, where she also trained in Forensic Sc
