The mission of City Lights Gallery is to serve the community through art. We believe in the power of art to nurture, heal, empower, engage and inspire.

Outreach programs are designed to provide arts accessibility and make art an essential part of the everyday life for the diverse population of Bridgeport, its neighbors, businesses and visitors through exhibits, education and various community and media events. We are committed to the task of providing opportunities for artists.
