Barbara Stewart

I am a retired physical therapist who has always had an interest in art. So now is my time to pursue my interest and see where it leads. I paint mainly in oils and enjoy trying different styles from realistic to abstract. I take classes with Jill Nichols, and Chris Goldbach who have helped me develop and grow with each painting. I am a founding member and vice president of the Oronoque Village Arts Guild which promotes the Arts for Oronoque residents. We manage a small art gallery in one of our clubhouses, and also sponsor Arts events for our association including dance, music, theatre, movies writers, and various classes. I have been an active member of the Shelton Art League. (formerly Bridgeport Art League) for several years. The adventure continues!
